EJ Egghart, MBA, CPA
Founder of Egghart Consulting, a unique and independent provider of integrated solutions exclusively for Indian Tribes and Casinos. Egghart Consulting provides SAAS (Software as a service) coupled with consulting serivces such as co-sourcing of internal audits and technology-process driven consulting services. This is a fruition of EJ’s beliefs that businesses can be improved by aligning processes with technology and people. As a trusted advisor, a CPA and an educator, EJ has worked with Indian Casinos and Tribes providing accounting and consulting services with integrity, open and honest communication, and customer satisfaction for over twenty years.
EJ has had an extensive and varied professional career that has primarily focused on audit and consulting services for Tribal governments, enterprises and casinos as well as a variety of commercial clients. Her work has included financial and compliance audits of casinos, review of internal control systems, Title 31 implementation and training and the performance of various consulting services such as budget analysis and internal audit. She started her CPA profession in a national firm and won the bronze medal for her CPA exam in Nevada. Later she founded and managed the CPA firm of Egghart & Associates, primarily auditing Indian Casinos and Tribes until she started the Egghart Consulting in 2011.
EJ is a licensed CPA in the state of Nevada and California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on several task force committees for the California Gaming Regulators Association, CNIGA, and the Nevada Society of CPAs.
